Which legal entity operates the service
Pesagenix is a trading name used by the company that owns and operates this website and the associated client platform.
The operating company is the entity you contract with when you accept our Terms of Use and open an account. Its full registered name, its legal form, its registered particulars and the identity of the group it belongs to are set out in the client agreement you receive at onboarding, and are supplied on request through the routes described in the "Requesting documentation" section below.
Due to the dynamic nature of corporate structures, registered details and service arrangements, we intentionally refrain from presenting them as permanent content on our marketing website. The legally binding source of truth is your client agreement and the accompanying documentation provided to you; in any instance where this website and those legal documents are inconsistent, the legal documents take precedence.
Group companies and service providers
A number of key functions - including technology infrastructure, transaction settlement, market information and identity verification systems - are performed by qualified external service providers pursuant to binding contracts. The types of external partners we engage, and how your personal data is shared with them, are detailed in our Privacy Policy. Individual provider identities are not disclosed via this webpage.
The regulatory framework we work within
We set out here the nature of the service-related obligations that apply, rather than citing specific regulatory bodies or statutory reference codes, as these technical details are contained within your formal legal documentation.
- 01
Client identification
Every account is verified before funding, trading or withdrawal, in line with the KYC and AML controls described on our KYC & AML page.
- 02
Financial-crime prevention
Sanctions and risk screening, ongoing transaction monitoring, internal escalation procedures and record retention for the periods required by applicable law.
- 03
Handling of client money
Client balances are recorded separately from the operating funds of the business, and payouts are returned to a verified instrument in the client's own name.
- 04
Fair and clear communication
Pricing, margins and any related charges are displayed within your account interface and on our pricing section. We make no guarantees regarding specific financial outcomes, and all marketing communications include appropriate risk disclosures.
- 05
Data protection
Personal data is processed on a defined lawful basis, retained only as long as necessary, and protected by access controls and encryption in transit and at rest.
- 06
Complaints handling
A written internal complaints procedure with acknowledgement, investigation and a substantive reply within the timeframe stated when your complaint is logged.
Where a jurisdiction imposes stricter local requirements than those above, the stricter requirement applies to clients resident there.
Jurisdictions served and excluded
We deliver this service exclusively in jurisdictions where we maintain the necessary authorisation. Whether you can access the service is determined during the registration process, based on your stated jurisdiction, and this permission can be withdrawn.
Where the service is offered
Account establishment is available exclusively to residents of nations identified as permitted in your registration pathway. Should your nation be listed there and you successfully complete our checks, you may activate your account. Should your nation not appear, you are unable to access this service.
Where the service is not offered
- Countries and territories subject to applicable international sanctions or embargoes.
- Jurisdictions where offering this type of service to retail clients requires a local authorisation we do not hold.
- Jurisdictions identified as high risk for financial crime under applicable rules.
- Any territory we have chosen to exclude for internal risk reasons.
No solicitation
Nothing on this website is directed at, or intended for distribution to or use by, any person in a jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law. Accessing this site from an excluded jurisdiction does not create a right to use the service. If you move to an excluded jurisdiction while holding an account, tell us - the account may need to be restricted or closed and any balance returned to you.
What Pesagenix is not
Being clear about what we do not do is as important as describing what we do.
| Statement | Position |
|---|---|
| Personal investment advice | Not provided. Information, education and market commentary are general in nature and do not take your circumstances into account. |
| Tax, legal or accounting advice | This matter is beyond our scope. Seek guidance from a suitably experienced advisor qualified to give advice in your own country. |
| A bank or a deposit account | Your held funds are not treated as bank deposits, do not accrue fixed interest, and fall outside any regulatory deposit-protection framework. |
| Guaranteed or fixed returns | There is no such assurance. Historical results cannot be treated as confirmation of what will happen going forward. |
| Discretionary portfolio management | We do not trade an account on a client's behalf at our own discretion. |
| Execution and account services | ✓ Provided, subject to verification, eligibility and the published terms. |
Your funds face the possibility of loss. Investment values can move downward in addition to upward, and the amount returned may be smaller than your initial investment. Examine our Risk Disclosure document before you decide to engage with the service.
How to request corporate and compliance documents
Clients, prospective clients and professional counterparties may request our corporate and compliance documentation. We provide it on request rather than publishing it openly.
What can be requested
- Confirmation of the operating entity and its corporate particulars.
- Your current binding agreement with us and the fee schedule that applies specifically to your account.
- A summary of our AML and client-identification procedures.
- Details of how complaints are addressed and how matters can be escalated to a higher level.
- Information regarding how we treat and protect your personal information.
How to make the request
- 01
Write to us
Use the contact route on our contact page. Enter "Regulatory documentation request" as your subject heading.
- 02
Identify yourself
State whether you are an existing client (and give the email address on the account) or a prospective client, and which documents you need.
- 03
Receive the pack
Requests are answered within the timeframe stated when your request is acknowledged. Some documents may be provided in extract form where they contain confidential internal detail.
All documents will be delivered to the confirmed address or contact method we have on record. We are unable to provide account-related documents to anyone other than you without your signed permission.
Regulatory and compliance questions
Matters concerning our regulatory status, our adherence to regulatory standards, or grievances requiring formal escalation must be directed through our compliance channel instead of our standard support service.
How do I raise a compliance question?
Send it through the contact page and label your message as "Compliance". If you have an existing account, provide its associated email address, and outline your question briefly.
How do I make a formal complaint?
Use the same route and mark the message "Complaint". You will receive an acknowledgement, a reference and an indication of the timeframe for a substantive reply. If the outcome does not resolve the matter, the reply will explain the further escalation options available to you.
How do I report suspicious activity or misuse of our brand?
Please navigate to our report abuse section. Any claims of impersonation of Pesagenix in communications, promotional materials or fraudulent websites must be reported using this facility so we may investigate and respond.
Are institutional or press enquiries handled here?
Absolutely - submit them via our contact form with an informative heading and they will be directed to the appropriate department.
